let me be your personal travel and adventure retreat Leader

Vacations are perfect for when you want to get away from your everyday life. But what if you are not looking to get away? What if you want to embrace life, to push the limits of what it means to be alive, to try new things, grow as a person, discover all that the world has to offer? Then you need a guide: someone who can introduce you to new experiences, friends, cultures, foods and places.

That’s where I, Elizabeth Keith, come in. I take the hassle and stress out of travel by creating amazing and mind-opening experiences that are sure to revive and revitalize your soul. On each adventure retreat, I arrange luxury accommodations, lead daily rejuvenating yoga sessions, and will guide you and the rest of your travel family out on a new adventure each day.

From the moment you land, everything will be taken care of personally by me, from the private car waiting at the airport to the authentic cultural dinners. All you need is an open mind and a desire to discover.

founder | Yoga instructor | Your Travel & Adventure Leader

As a military dependent and an Air Force veteran, I grew up exploring the world. Through my adventures, I experienced many different cultures, which fueled my passion for excursion and travel. After spending five years on active duty, I discovered yoga in 2004, and like traveling, it changed my life. In 2008, I went to Acapulco, Mexico to complete a 9-week Bikram Yoga teacher training. Since then, I have traveled to Peru, Spain, Italy, Indonesia, India, Morocco, and South Africa studying several different styles of yoga, including Synergy/Partner Yoga, Vinyasa, Yin, Restorative, and Advanced Hatha. I now lead adventure retreats around the world combining my love of yoga, adventure, and travel. I currently live in Washington D.C. with my husband and son.

Hear what other have to say about their Zen ATlas Experience

I’ve always wanted to go to India, particularly after joining my local yoga community. When Elizabeth announced she would be taking a group, I knew this was my opportunity. The India trip was nothing short of life changing. Not only did Elizabeth know the ins & outs of India – ie appropriate dress, foods, where to go & where not to go, she has friends in each destination city that we connected with and assisted us in whatever we needed. Our hotels were all 1st class & all the transportation details taken care of. She also knew when to sightsee at places like the Taj Mahal (sunrise) and the best restaurants to experience India’s cuisine. Some friends expressed fear when hearing I was going to India, but I never felt unsafe traveling with Elizabeth. Daily yoga with our group was such an added bonus. One morning we did yoga on the banks of the Ganges in Rishikesh with a local teacher. That is an example of the special experiences our group had traveling with Elizabeth. I’m ready to go on my next adventure with her!
